Terms & Conditions – Holiday Rental Agreement
By completing the reservation, the guest agrees to the following terms and conditions:
1. Check-in & Check-out
• Check-in is available from 4:00 PM onwards.
• Check-out must be completed by 12:00 PM (noon) on the departure date.
• Late check-out without prior authorization may result in additional charges.
2. Cancellation Policy
• Free cancellation is available up to 30 days before arrival.
• Cancellations made less than 30 days before arrival are non-refundable.
3. Security Deposit
• A refundable security deposit is required and varies by property (visible during the booking process).
• In the event of damages exceeding the deposit, the guest must cover the full cost within 15 days of notification.
• If the cost is not covered, legal action may be taken to recover the damages.
4. House Rules
• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property.
• No parties or excessive noise are allowed. Quiet hours are from 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
• Failure to respect the house rules may result in immediate termination of the stay without a refund.
5. Legal Responsibilities
• The guest is solely responsible for complying with all applicable laws and local regulations during the stay.
• The booking party assumes full responsibility for the behavior of all individuals on the premises.
